These are screenshots of my working timeline for a few sequences from my fan edit of the Kill Bill films from 2003-2004.

I have made a coherent, sensible edit of the original two films, taking them from 4+ hours down to exactly 3 hours, a long film to be sure, but not excessively so. I reorganized the order of events, bridged previously unrelated scenes, used music transitions where appropriate, and ended up with a result I’m very happy with. Unfortunately, I can’t share the actual project due to piracy reasons.
